1 - Jumping Rope

2 - Push-ups

4 - Squats

Stand with your feet slightly wider apart than your shoulders and slowly bend your knees. Focus on keeping your knees centered over your feet until you reach as close to a 90-degree angle as you can get. Slowly return to your starting position and repeat 10 times for 3 sets.
